The 31-396 oscillating edge sander is ideal for edge sanding of irregular shapes. It has a spindle sanding kit with three sizes of drums and collars for contour sanding. It utilizes a 3 horsepower, 220 volt single phase motor to create a belt speed of 3150 fpm on a head that can tilt from 0º to 90º with stops at 0º, 45º and 90º. The quick release belt tensioning offers easy belt changes and the 4” dust collection chute with hood creates a nearly dust-free work environment. The 31-396 is currently available for approximately $1,699.
The 22-680Z 15” planer utilizes a 3 horsepower, 240 volt motor and cutterhead drive that features three V-belts to generate maximum power. The 5,000 rpm, three-knife cutterhead with jack-screw adjustment provides easy setting and replacement of stock, and the spiral serrated-steel infeed roller and polyurethane outfeed roller keep stock moving smoothly. The 15” planer has a maximum stock thickness of 6 ½” and 1/8” depth of cut. The 22-680Z is currently available for approximately $849.
The 46-746 16” steel bed lathe was designed on the industry’s stiffest cast-iron bed to create the smoothest possible operation. It also utilizes 2 horsepower, 240 volt motor and the industry-proven Baldor™ variable frequency drive with Poly-V-Belt to offer speed ranges of 0-1100 rpm, 0-2200 rpm and 0-3200 rpm for maximum torque. The rugged lathe uses 1 ¼” spindle with 8 tpi threads and has a 12” tool rest. The 46-746 is currently available for approximately $1,999.
The 50-875 3-speed ambient air cleaner offers easy to use controls and settings to maximize air filtering efforts in the workshop. An 1/5” horsepower, 120 volt motor is used to provide unsurpassed cubic feet per minute (CFM) capacities of 540, 730 and 1200. The 50-875 is currently available for approximately $249.
The MS450 12” compound miter saw delivers maximum cutting power with its 15 amp, 120 volt motor that operates at 350 rpm and a 40-tootherd carbide-tipped blade. In addition, the quick-action miter lock allows for faster miter settings for increased control and accuracy. The 12” compound miter saw also features a tall sliding fence, extra large dust collection chute and retractable blade guard. The MS450 is currently available for approximately $249.
The GR450 8” variable speed grinder has ALL NEW PATENTED tool-less quick change capabilities that allows end-users to easily sharpen a variety of materials. The 3 amp, 120 volt motor operates at speeds of 1,725 rpm to 3,450 rpm in a cast iron base that minimizes vibration during operation. The GR450 is currently available for approximately $129.
