Sweepstakes Winners Get Hands On With Premium Products

Jackson, Tenn. (Feb. 25, 2003) – Marvin Perdue expects the operation of his new power tools and his new truck to deliver the same results, a smooth and exhilarating experience. The Rocky Mountain, Va. native received the keys to the Site Commander™ work truck with trailer and power tools totaling more than $10,000 from Porter-Cable Corporation, a leading manufacturer of power tools and related products, as the grand prize winner of a recent national sweepstakes. In addition, six other sweepstakes contestants received tool prizes from Porter-Cable and a seventh, Mike Gomez of Spearfish, S.D. received a $1,000 certificate from A.R.E. to conclude the Site Commander™ U.S. tour.

The Ford F350 Crew Cab Site Commander™, which includes on-board mobile office equipment and power tool storage, was showcased by Porter-Cable through a tour of power tool stores, construction/automobile-related trade shows and job sites throughout the country in 2002. Porter-Cable facilitated the appearances in conjunction with Tools of the Trade, Ford Motor Company and the Drill Doctor.

Other Site Commander™ sweepstakes winners are John Joly of Bothell, Wash.; Carlos Navarro of Orlando, Fla.; Adele Garcia of Mora, N.M.; Carol Jane Wirth of Hiles, Wis.; Robert Tedesco of Baiting Hollow, N.Y.; and Ronald Shock of Newton, N.C. The tool prizes include portable table saws, cordless brad nailers and Porter-Cable quad packs.
